This cadre was born in 1929 in the district of Lam Thao in the province of Phu Tho. During the Indochina War he was a member of his commune’s guerrilla team and notably took part in “dich van” (propagandizing/proselytizing among the enemy). He also worked with an administrative resistance committee (Uy ban khang chien hanh chinh) and participated in the agricultural tax collection.
