This cadre was born in 1924 in the district of Phuc Tho in Ha Tay, though she was mostly active in Yen Bai and Tuyen Quang. She worked in propaganda and women’s associations, notably with the central committee of the Vietnam Women’s Union (Trung uong Hoi Lien hiep Phu nu Viet Nam).
