This cadre was born in 1914 in the district of Son Tinh in Quang Ngai. She started participating in the revolutionary movement in 1930, notably doing propaganda work (Tuyen truyen xung phong) at the provincial level. During the Indochina War she mainly worked in women’s associations. In 1954 she was sent to the North.
