This cadre was born in 1929 in the district of Vu Thu in Thai Binh. She was active in the revolutionary movement before 1945, notably acting as a contact agent (lien lac) in the area of Nam Dinh and Thai Binh. During the Indochina War she participated mainly in women’s associations, holding several leadership positions in the provinces of Nam Dinh and Thai Binh.
