This cadre was born in 1923 in the district of Phu Cat in Binh Dinh. She held several leadership positions in women’s associations in Binh Dinh, and also participated in organizing binh dan hoc vu classes. She was a member of her commune’s People’s Assembly (Hoi dong nhan dan). In 1955 she was sent to the North.
