This cadre was born in 1927 in Thanh Hoa (city). She participated in several women’s associations in Thanh Hoa, holding leadership positions at the district and provincial levels. In 1953 she went to Moscow to work in a Vietnamese radio station. She was also a teacher in binh dan hoc vu classes.
