This cadre was born in 1929 in the district of Hau Loc in Thanh Hoa. She participated in many women’s associations in Thanh Hoa, holding several leadership positions. She also worked with the cultural and social department of an administrative resistance committee (Phong Van hoa xa hoi thuoc Uy ban khang chien hanh chinh tinh Thanh Hoa). She also worked in education and was later sent to China for training.
