This cadre was born in 1925 in the district of Trieu Phong in Quang Tri. Active in the revolutionary movement since 1940, she worked in “giao thong” (transport/communications) for the Central Vietnam regional committee. She was a member of several youth and women’s associations at the district and provincial levels. She also worked at the Quang Tri people’s court and at the “dich van” (propagandizing/proselytizing among the enemy) department of the district of Trieu Phong.
