This cadre was born in 1922 in the district of Lam Thao in Phu Tho. She was a member of her commune’s people’s guerrilla team, and was later secretary and vice-secretary of the commune’s Women’s National Salvation Association (Phu nu Cuu quoc xa). She also participated in binh dan hoc vu classes.
