This cadre was born in 1915 in the district of Lam Thao in Phu Tho. She was active in the Tonkin regional committee (Xu uy Bac Ky) and in the committee of the Viet Minh front. She participated in the seizure of power in Phu Tho in 1945 and was also active within the women’s committee of the Viet Minh.
