This cadre was born in 1928 in the district of Yen My in Hung Yen. Starting in March 1945 she worked as a contact agent (lam lien lac) for the Viet Minh, and later worked in propaganda (tuyen truyen xung phong). She also held leadership positions in women’s associations, and was active in binh dan hoc vu classes at the district level.
