This cadre was born in 1928 in the district of Tien Lu in Hung Yen. She worked in several women’s associations and also worked in “giao thong” (transport/communications) for an administrative resistance committee (Uy ban khang chien hanh chinh). She also worked in propagandizing/proselytizing among the enemy (dich van). She was part of a land reform team active in Phu Tho and Ninh Binh.
