This cadre was born in 1929 in the district of Kim Dong in Hung Yen, though she was active mainly in Hai Duong. She held several positions in many different Party associations or departments, including women’s associations and the intelligence bureau (Cuc Tinh bao). She was also active in Yen Bai and in Thanh Hoa, and in 1947 went through a training course in the Viet Bac.
