This cadre was born in 1928 in Hue. She was part of the Viet Minh Central Vietnam propaganda team (Doi Tuyen truyen xung phong Viet Minh Trung Bo) and of a “propaganda and resistance team” (Doi Tuyen truyen khang chien) in Hue when the war broke out. She also worked in women’s associations and in “dich van” (propagandizing/proselytizing among the enemy).
