This cadre was born in 1930 Hai Duong. He was a reconnaissance agent in Hai Duong as well as a member of a propaganda team. He also worked in Hai Phong where he specialized in making fake identity papers for cadres in the city. There he also worked in cryptography/codes (dich mat ma).
