This cadre was born in 1929 in the district of Nga Son in Thanh Hoa, although she was active mostly in Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh and Hoa Binh. She participated in several women’s associations at the district and provincial levels. She was also involved in rent reduction activities in Ninh Binh and participated in the land reform and its rectification of errors.
