This cadre was born in 1931 in the district of Nong Cong in Thanh Hoa. She taught in binh dan hoc vu classes and also participated in youth (both thieu nhi and thanh nien) and women’s associations at the commune, district and provincial levels. She also worked as an accountant in Thanh Hoa. She participated in mass mobilization and rent reduction campaigns in Thanh Hoa and Hung Yen. She was active during the land reform and joined the campaign “against forced emigration” to the South (chong cuong ep di cu).
