This cadre was born in 1926 in the district of Xuan Truong in Nam Dinh. She participated in several associations and Party institutions, such as women’s, youth (thanh nien), and peasants’ associations. She was active in Nam Dinh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, and was also a member of the Cong tac doi (a service affiliated with the Central Committee) in Military Zone 14 (Chien khu 14).
