This cadre was born in 1926 in the district of Ninh Hoa in Khanh Hoa. She participated in the Army’s Red Cross (Hong Thap tu), and was also active in women’s associations and with the Association of Mothers of Soldiers (Hoi me chien si). She was part of the People’s Assembly (location unspecified) in 1950-1952 and in 1954 was sent to the North.
