This cadre was born in 1928 in the district of Lam Thao in Phu Tho. She was active at the commune level, notably among the binh dan hoc vu classes and the local guerrilla team. She was head of her commune’s women’s association and later became deputy chairwoman of the Viet Minh committee of the commune.
