This cadre was born in 1930 in Nam Dinh (city). She was active in several women’s associations in Nam Dinh and Hai Phong at district and provincial levels, and was later a teacher in Ninh Binh. In 1951 she joined the army and worked in the political bureau of Zone 3 headquarters (Bo Tu lenh Lien Khu 3).
