This cadre was born in 1924 in the district of Tam Binh in Vinh Long. She was active in the revolutionary movement since the late 1930s. During the Indochina War she mostly participated in women’s associations in southern Vietnam, holding several important leadership positions. She also spent some time in the Viet Bac and participated in the land reform near Hanoi, as well as in the rectification of errors afterwards.
